The whole school got active on a truly summer sports day. We went to the Louis High School for relays, egg and spoon and the sack race. Back in the infant school we played with the parachute and dodge ball.

The Junior Infants did. There were ice-lollies and bears everywhere. The bears were friendly, the lollies were nice and cool and we had a great time.
Junior Infants went to Airfield. It was a great day.
We were invited to visit St. Mary’s Church in Rathmines. Frank told us the history of the church and showed us around. We had a lovely time. Here’s something the teacher learned: The dome of the church was originally meant for a church in Kiev.
