Today, first class got the chance to stretch out their muscles after a week of running, jumping, hopping, skipping, hurling and twirling. The yoga teacher taught them the importance of the spine, warming up, cooling down and listening to our bodies. Agri Aware Incredible Edibles

First Week of Food Dudes
